YogaBugs clubs are designed to engage children in a fun, non competitive and positive environment. Classes are based around fun and interesting themes, whilst learning how to develop their bodies physically and emotionally.

All the sessions incorporate yoga postures and mindfulness to help the children learn how to deal with their emotions and give them the much needed tools of how to stay calm, relaxed and positive.
