Our FBA Elite Programme is designed for talented and committed players who are ready to be challenged in a high-level, competitive training environment and take their development to the next level.

Sessions focus on advanced technical ability, tactical understanding, game intelligence, decision-making and positional awareness, with players challenged through high-intensity practices and realistic match situations. Standards and expectations are higher, encouraging players to become quicker, smarter and more confident on the ball.

The Elite Programme is invite-only, with players selected based on their ability, attitude and potential. We aim to challenge every player while developing the confidence, resilience, discipline and mentality needed to progress within the game
