Our FBA Older Elite Girls Programme is designed for talented and committed female players who are ready to take their development further in a challenging, high-level and competitive training environment.

Sessions focus on advanced technical development, tactical understanding, game intelligence, decision-making and positional awareness, with players challenged through high-intensity practices, realistic game scenarios and competitive match play.

The programme provides an opportunity for ambitious female players to train alongside others of a similar ability, while developing the confidence, resilience, leadership and winning mentality needed to progress within the game.
